Gold Coast Primary Health Network commissions a range of primary care and mental health, alcohol and other drugs and suicide prevention services to meet the diverse and growing needs of the Gold Coast region. Treatment and support to reduce problematic substance use. Program works within a social and emotional wellbeing framework, using a person and family centred approach with the ability to link to a range of internal and external support.
The Kalwun Social Health Program offers comprehensive support for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people, partners, parents, or carers of who are struggling with their mental health, alcohol and other drug misuse or seeking a suicide support service. The Program works within a social and emotional wellbeing framework and provides clinical and non-clinical case management.
The Program helps to empower people to self-manage and make decisions about their own health at their own pace. Social Health offer a person and family approach to providing care and ability to link with a range of internal and external services.

This moderate intensity program offers comprehensive support for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander young people aged 0-19 years, who are in a kinship or foster care arrangement and seek support with their social and emotional wellbeing.
Short-term support, group programs, outreach, and case management using an integrated, flexible, and holistic approach to promote social and emotional wellbeing. Provides tailored interventions for mental health and cultural needs, and improve relationships and community connections.

Supporting Minds is a mental health service that provides up to three months of moderate intensity structured psychological (clinical) supports and group-based (clinical and non-clinical) support.
Supporting Minds (Situational Distress) is a service for people aged between 16 and 65 who are facing situational distress such as significant life transitions, relationship issues, social isolation, trauma, experiencing harm from others, experiencing or at risk of homelessness, or in significant financial hardship.

The Krurungal Community Pathway Connector is a culturally safe connection point and referral service to assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people through tailored information and one-on-one support to navigate the services system.

The CURA Community Pathway Connector is a culturally safe connection point and referral service to assist people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, regardless of birthplace or permanent residency and visa status.
